1 - 1 1/2 hour consultation with 4 follow up calls $320
1 - 1 1/2 hour consultation with 8 follow up calls $397
A package of 4 follow-up 15 min calls $150
(each call lasts approximately 15 minutes, we ask that these are used within 4 weeks of the date of the initial consultation)
Consultation
Once you have decided that you need help, we can set an appointment.
I will send you a history form, which you complete and send back to me at least 2 days prior to our consultation.
We will discuss your child`s needs in detail and at the end of our consultation you will have a plan that you can implement at home..
Follow up calls
You will not be left to battle alone while you are implementing the plan. With the follow-up calls that we offer, we will review how your child is responding, discuss any concerns that you have and make any changes as they are needed.

This seminar provides a comfortable environment where a group of parents can get together and learn how to gently solve their child’s sleep problems.

Here we work in a group situation with 4 - 6 sets of parents. Each family will have 15min for us to address their childs needs.
3 days before the session we require a history form from each family outlining the childs current situation. ( one will be sent on registration)
Q & A Session ( per family query )
Many parents find encouragment from knowing they are not alone. Not only will your problem be addressed, but you will learn from the other parents queries too.
We are here to help you find the answers that best suit your needs,

Having children is difficult, you have so many questions and concerns. Sometimes the answer is clear, and sometimes murky, with opinions so wide ranging you can end up more confused than when you started. The issue of sleep for infants and children has more than one approach, but all the experts and researchers agree, sleep and knowing how to put yourself to sleep is important.
Research is now showing that being able to put themselves to sleep is an essential life skill for children. Children who can put themselves to sleep have reduced risk of insomnia as teenagers and later as adults, and children who get the required amount of sleep are able to focus better in school.
